Music manager best known as the husband of former Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland . The couple married in Costa Rica in May 2014.

In 2009, he became Rowland's manager after she left her former manager Matthew Knowles.

In 2019, he and Rowland bought out two screenings of Queen & Slim in Houston to help promote the movie to audiences in her hometown.

He and Rowland's first son, Titan Jewell, was born in 2014. Their second son, Noah Jon, was born in 2021.

About 30 friends and family members attended his wedding to Rowland, including Beyoncé .
