ABOUT TIMOTHY PATRICK MURPHY

American actor who played the role of Mickey Trotter in the soap opera Dallas from 1982 until 1984.

He started acting in various commercials and then was cast in the 1978 miniseries Centennial.

He appeared in episodes of the television series The Love Boat and Hotel.

He was openly gay and died of AIDS in 1988. His brother, Patrick Sean Murphy died in the World Trade Center Attacks on September 11, 2001.

He stated he had an affair with actor Brad Davis .
