Singer-songwriter who was a member of the British pop group S Club , the group known for songs like "I'll Be There" and "Stronger."

She danced with Lionel Blair in a pantomime as her first job.

In 2004 she covered Rod Stewart 's "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" with fellow singers Natasha Bedingfield and Liz McClarnon .

She was born to an English father and a Guyanese mother. She and her boyfriend, Paul Cashmore, welcomed a son in 2016.

At the beginning of her career, she worked with Natasha Bedingfield .
