ABOUT TOM WARD
Most famous for his decade-long portrayal of Dr. Harry Cunningham on the popular BBC crime series Silent Witness, Ward is also known for his guest spots on episodes of Warriors, Midsomer Murders; Death in Paradise, and numerous other series.
While studying economics, philosophy, and political science at Lincoln College, Oxford University, he was active in student theatrical productions.
He acted in a 2012 Doctor Who holiday special titled "The Snowmen." He played Sir Robert Peel in The Frankenstein Chronicles from 2015 until 2017.
He and his brother Tristan grew up in Swansea, Wales as the sons of Sarah Ward, and poet, scholar, and professor John Powell Ward. Tom Ward married Emily Hohler in 2001; over the course of the next five years, they welcomed children named Jack, Tabitha, and Jimmy.
He and Jane Hazlegrove were both series regulars on Silent Witness.
