Quarterback who played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish starting in 2010.

He was a star at Lake Forest High School, where he completed 69.8% of his passes during his senior season.

In 2013, his senior season at Notre Dame, he started all 12 of the team's regular season games, throwing for 27 touchdowns.

His father, Bill Rees, was an assistant coach at UCLA, while his brother, Danny Rees, played football at UCLA.

His junior year at Notre Dame he was primarily the backup behind Everett Golson .
