ABOUT TONI CANTó
Spanish screen actor, entertainer, artist, performer, and politician who notably starred as David Pérez on the sitcom 7 Vidas, and in feature films such as All About My Mother. He launched his political career in 2006 and went on to represent Valencia Province in the Congress of Deputies for 2 terms beginning in 2011.
He began his career as a model before enrolling in drama courses at the Centro Dramático Nacional. He earned work as a television presenter on the program La Tarde in 1986 and made his feature film debut in the movie Oficio de Muchachos, that same year.
In the year 2020, he was a contestant on the Spanish version of the reality television competition series The Masked Singer , ultimately finishing among the show's top three finalists. In 2021, Cantó joined the Madrid-based ISSEP, a far-right educational centre founded in Spain by Marion Maréchal, to lecture on speaking skills.
He was born the son to a physician. His daughter Carlota tragically passed away in a car accident in January 2011. He is also the father of a son named Lucas and a daughter named Violeta.
He starred alongside Emma Suárez and Anabel Alonso in the 1996 thriller film Your Name Poisons My Dreams.
