American author who is recognized for having published over 30 how-to books covering the Windows operating system. He is also known for having co-created the VistaClues YouTube channel with his wife Chelsea Northrup .
He launched the VistaClues YouTube channel in 2007.
In June of 2000 he received the title Sexiest Geek Alive.
He and his wife Chelsea Northrup have a daughter named Madelyn.
After being named Sexiest Geek Alive he appeared on a number of television shows including the Montel Williams Show.
