ABOUT TONY RICH
R&B singer most famous for his 1996 single "Nobody Knows," which shot to number one on the Irish Singles Chart. The album which spawned the single, Words, went platinum and earned him a Grammy for Best R&B Album.
He was born in Detroit and got his big break writing songs for artists signed to LaFace Records.
He played jazz legend Duke Ellington in the 1997 film Hoodlum.
He has a brother named Joe.
His biggest hit, "Nobody Knows," was covered by British singer Shayne Ward in 2010.
