ABOUT TREVOR BAXTER
Actor and playwright best known for his role as Professor George Litefoot in numerous Doctor Who audio dramas. He reprised the role for the continuing series of Jago & Litefoot, and in total recorded 13 series as Litefoot for Big Finish Productions. He appeared in films such as Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow and wrote several plays including The Undertaking and Office Games.
He graduated from Dulwich College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He made his on-screen acting debut in the 1950 TV film The Cruise of the Toytown Belle.
He adapted several Oscar Wilde works into plays, including The Picture of Dorian Gray and Lord Arthur Savile's Crime, the latter of which featured Lee Mead in the starring role.
He was the son of a post office worker.
He toured Shakespeare in South America with Sir Ralph Richardson . His play Ripping Them Off featured actress Annette Badland in the role of Hilda.
