ABOUT TY TURNER
Lead singer and songwriter for the recording duo The Icarus Account. The band is most famous for their song "Favorite Girl," which was featured by Snapchat on Valentine's Day in 2014.
He attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida to pursue a marketing degree. He also had a storied high school football career and turned down multiple college offers to focus on music.
The band made it onto season 4 of NBC's The Voice , but their official audition was never aired.
He comes from a large family with three brothers and five sisters.
He performs alongside his twin brother Trey Turner in The Icarus Account.
