ABOUT TYLER ADAMS

Midfielder who won the MLS Supporters Shield in 2018 while playing for the New York Red Bulls . He subsequently joined RB Leipzig of the German Bundesliga in 2019 and Leeds United in 2022.

He first joined the New York Red Bulls youth academy in 2011. He played at the U13, U14, and U16 levels before making his pro debut in 2015 with the Red Bulls II side.

He won the CONCACAF U20 Championship with the United States U20 side in 2017. He was named to the US national team's senior side for the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup, but withdrew due to injury.

His mom's name is Melissa.

He has played alongside Marcel Sabitzer for Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
