Pop music performer whose debut album U;Nee Code cemented her as one of South Korea's most popular artists in 2003. In 2006, she set off to grow her audience outside of Korea and held showcases in Japan.
Her first single "Go" was an upbeat dance track.
She released her third and final studio album Habit in 2007.
She was born to an unwed mother and was raised by her grandmother.
She and fellow entertainer Sulli were both born in South Korea.
