ABOUT VALERIA MIRANDA

Women's defender that was first signed by UNAM Femenil as a teenager in 2010. Just a few years later, she would eventually sign a multi-year deal with the Querétaro Football Club in 2020. She has also played for the Mexican women's national team during her career.

She initially joined the UNAM youth club as an eight year old in 2000. Prior to her professional career, she played soccer at Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.

While playing for Team Mexico, she was invited to play in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. She has played in over 10 different international matches during her career.

Growing up, she lived with her family in Mexico City, Mexico. She gave birth to her daughter Emma in April 2023.

She was given the opportunity to play for the Mexican national team during her career like Javier Hernández .
