ABOUT VANESSA FLORES
American-born Mexican soccer defender who became a member of the West Virginia Mountaineers in 2015. She won the CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship in 2013 as part of the Mexican national team.
She led the Albion Hurricanes youth soccer club to 2011 and 2012 Texas state championships.
She was named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week in September 2017.
Her parents' names are Jose and Gloria. She has one brother.
