She wrote a book about fitness and bodybuilding.
Her first major film role was that of Henson in House of the Dead 2.
She got married to director T.J. Scott in 2000. The couple later separated. She married Country star Trace Adkins in October of 2019.
She has appeared on the TV show Lie to Me , which starred Tim Roth .
