ABOUT WILL GUIDARA

American restaurateur, businessman, and entrepreneur who is best known as the co-owner of the Make It Nice hospitality group, which was established in the year 2011. The enterprise owns and operates Eleven Madison Park, NoMad, NoMad Bar, and Made Nice alongside chef Daniel Humm .

In the year 2001, he graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

He is also the co-author of several popular books such as "Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook," "I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes," "The NoMad Cookbook," and "Eleven Madison Park: the Next Chapter." He is also the host of The Welcome Conference.

He has been married to chef Christina Tosi since the year 2016.

In February of 2024, he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon .
