ABOUT XAVIER COOPER

Former NFL defensive lineman that played for the Cleveland Browns , the San Francisco 49ers , and the New York Jets during his three-year career. He was originally taken by the Browns as a third round pick in the 2015 draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Washington State University .

He was a two-sport athlete while at Woodrow Wilson High School. In addition to football, he also played basketball during that time.

He made his official NFL debut with the Browns while playing against the Las Vegas Raiders during week three of the 2015 regular season. He recorded just one tackle in a 27-20 Browns loss. He stands 6'4" and weighs 300 pounds.

He was born and raised in the Tacoma, Washington area.

He was coached by Mike Leach while at Washington State.
