ABOUT YAKUBA MINTEH

Gambian winger and athlete who competed in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. At the club level, he kicked off his senior career with Odense BK in the year 2022. In the year 2023, he signed with Newcastle United FC , and he was subsequently loaned to Feyenoord.

He played youth soccer for Steve Biko FC.

He scored four league goals for Odense BK from the year 2022 to the year 2023. He debuted for Feyenoord in the 2023 Johan Cruyff Shield. On November 4, 2022, Minteh received his first call-up to the Gambia national team for friendly matches against DR Congo and Liberia. He stands five feet, 11 inches tall.

He is from Serekunda, The Gambia.

He and Kieran Trippier became teammates in the year 2023.
