ABOUT YVONNE WILDER

Actress who is most notable for her performance as Consuelo in West Side Story . In addition to acting, she wrote the screenplay for the 1957 film The Return of Count Yorga, which was directed by Bob Kelljan.

She attended New York's High School of Performing Arts and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.

Other than acting and writing, she was a painter and sculptor, turning her focus from the dramatic arts towards other artistic projects in the 1990s. Her work was shown in the Santa Monica Art Institute.

She was born in the Bronx, New York. She was married five times.

She was close friends with her West Side Story costar Rita Moreno . She starred alongside Goldie Hawn in the film Seems Like Old Times.
