Football player known as "the Cuban Missile." He became well-known as the first Latino starting quarterback for Texas A&M University Aggies football team.

He was given his nickname in middle school.

In October 2021, he was injured on a touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter of a game with Alabama.

He has a sister named Carolyn. His grandparents, Hector and Maria Del Carmen Calzada, fled Cuba in search of a better life.

His Texas A&M coach was Jimbo Fisher .
