ABOUT ZACH PORTER

Famous as the lead singer of the California-based rock and pop band Allstar Weekend, Porter recorded two albums with the group, Suddenly Yours and All the Way, before he and his bandmates parted ways.

In 2007, he became part of a band called Outerspace Politicians; the group later changed its name to Allstar Weekend and ascended to fame following a performance on Radio Disney's Next Big Thing talent competition.

His band's even more popular YouTube channel, which was launched in 2008, accumulated over 70,000 subscribers and close to 24 million individual views.

He was born and raised in the San Diego suburb of Poway, California.

He and bassist Cameron Quiseng were Allstar Weekend bandmates.
