Actress who starred in the 2005 film, Memoirs of a Geisha , and 12 and Holding.

She started her career by studying and enjoying African Dance and appearing in local theater productions in Amherst, Massachusetts.

She learned to speak English and Mandarin.

She was born to a Chinese father and American mother. Her grandfather is computer scientist, Joseph Weizenbaum.

She starred in the Rob Marshall directed film Memoirs of a Geisha.
